Default Y/N: email serial keys to NCSoft GM for acct verification?

I've had a GW account for 3 years now, that was registered to an email [email protected] - I just modified the email to the same [email protected], as I changed service providers (cable to FIOS). This *ALSO* modified the GW account login name. I originally entered all my real info - name/address/etc - and it has NOT been changed EVER.

I created the xunlai house account 8/8, and I may have given bogus name info - as I was suspicious of ID farming (pseudo-NCSoft account). I checked whether I could change this account name to verizon, but I only saw options to change the password (only password change is verified with 2nd typing).

This created a problem with the xunlai house predictions, and I've been going back/forth with an NCSoft GM trying to resolve it. FWIW, every step of the way, they've told me stuff that's not correct (unable to verify I made predictions, unable to verify my account with first-last name, etc). I know the problem is an email/account sync issue - as you cannot change the xunlai house account name. I have a newer second account which was registered with the new ISP verizon, and the predictions worked fine. On the day I filed my original support request, I could still see my JAN predictions (The Fri after points awarded).

I suspect all the issues they are having problems with relate to the fact that I do NOT have an NCSoft account. I can still login to both accounts, and I believe I've fixed the xunlai account myself so that future predictions will credit properly - but I'm really aching to get my Jan prediction points, as I nailed 4 of the 8 GvG positions exactly (130+ points, 26+ zkeys).

TL;DR?

They've claimed to have a solution to give me the points for my JAN predictions, but to verify the account I have to email them my 4 serial keys (GW, Factions, NF, EotN). These serial keys have already been used, so I see no issue in doing this - but it does seem highly suspect to email game keys...

So - Yes or No - should I do it?!?

Emailing cd keys is very common, just a way to verify you really own the games. As long as you don't give them your login info, you're fine.

It is ok to give them your activation key. I had to give them one of my keys to solve a problem i had with getting factions on my account. Everything came out good. Just don't give out your P word.

Owning 22 accounts, at a drop of a hat if they asked me to send them I would. I have dealt with them in the past. I.e. Wumpus/Applepython and the rest of the crew. Also Gaile helped as well. It took a little while to get everything straight. If any of them asked me to email all the key codes, it would be done just so I can have my problem solved.

well serial key really wouldnt give them to access to anything besides the fact that they can verify you own it. no matter who ask you do not give out your password, your username is fine since it is your e-mail address, so yeah its been done countless times so its fine just dont give out the password.
